These Terms govern your use of the TrueScan iOS app ("TrueScan", "the app"), published by GetPageSpeed LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using TrueScan you agree to these Terms and to the Apple-required Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use TrueScan on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
What TrueScan does
TrueScan corrects and enhances the real pixels of documents you capture or import (geometry, rotation, and image enhancement) entirely on your device. TrueScan does not generate document content and is not a substitute for an official or certified copy. You are responsible for reviewing every scan for accuracy before you rely on or submit it.
Subscriptions (TrueScan Pro)
TrueScan is free to use with daily limits. TrueScan Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited scans, all enhancement modes, and watermark-free exports.

- Prices are in US dollars; equivalent local pricing is shown in the App Store and may vary by region and over time.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Use TrueScan only for documents you have the right to scan. Do not use it for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent a document as an official or certified copy.
Disclaimer of warranties
TrueScan is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that scans will be error-free or suitable for any official submission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetPageSpeed LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, TrueScan or any scan it produces.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, surface material changes in the app or on this page.
