How does scanning work?

Capture a document with your camera or pick an existing photo. TrueScan detects the page, straightens the perspective, auto-rotates, and enhances the image โ€” all on your device. Choose an enhancement mode, adjust the margin, then export or share.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything happens on your iPhone. TrueScan has no account and sends none of your documents or photos anywhere. See the Privacy Policy.

What's the difference between free and TrueScan Pro?

Free gives you up to 5 scans per day with the core enhancement modes; exports carry a small footer watermark. TrueScan Pro unlocks unlimited scans, every enhancement mode (Vivid, ID, B&W, and more), and removes the watermark.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings โ†’ your name โ†’ Subscriptions, select TrueScan, and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. See the Terms for details.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
